Alnico Magnet

AlNiCo permanent magnets feature high coercivity, low temperature coefficient, stable magnetic properties, high temperature resistance, moisture resistance and excellent oxidation resistance. They are mainly divided into cast AlNiCo and sintered AlNiCo. Cast AlNiCo is now widely used in the instrument industry for manufacturing magnetoelectric instruments, flow meters, special motors, relays, teaching equipment and other fields.

Compared with the casting process, sintered products are limited to small sizes. The blank produced has better dimensional tolerance than cast blanks, slightly lower magnetic properties but better machinability. These products are suitable for lightweight, thin and small-sized applications, and are widely used in various instruments, sensors and other fields.
